Rob Schelle

Rob, originally from South Bend, Indiana, is a proud graduate of Mishawaka High School and Indiana University, where he earned his degree from the prestigious Kelley School of Business. With nearly 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Rob began his career as a chef and later expanded his expertise to all facets of operations. His work took him across the country, leading the opening of numerous new locations for various hospitality brands. In 2020, Rob retired from the hospitality industry and transitioned into real estate as an owner/operator for The Kilene Kelly Group.
In addition to his real estate endeavors, Rob is an active member of his community, serving on several boards of directors, including two nonprofit organizations. Since moving to Tampa in 2013, he has remained deeply involved with local schools, sports associations, and business networking groups. Rob is married to Kilene Schelle, his partner since 2008, and together they have two wonderful children, Cooper and Cadence.
Above all, Rob’s greatest passion is spending quality time with his family. Whether it’s on the golf course, at the ball fields, on the beach, or aboard a cruise ship, he cherishes every moment spent with his wife and kids.the golf course, ball fields, beaches, or cruise ships, he loves time with his family.
